How do we make our community great? By taking care of it! A meeting of a local group working to reduce plastic bag waste and educate about recycling, will take place at Eichten’s on February 7th.
At its two previous meetings, the new group established a Facebook group called Tidy Towns (which all are invited to join). Please tell us you are coming to Eichtens by signing up for the event on the Facebook group’s “Tidy Towns” page. This meeting will continue our education and begin to nail down our purpose and strategic goals. Community members are welcome to email one of the organizers, Julie Penshorn (julie@smarttoolsforlife.com) with any suggestions or ideas, and to be added to the mailing list for ongoing discussion.
